The mission of Rent Consulting Group, LLC (RCG) is to assist in the exhilarating, challenging, and rewarding processes of discovering and fulfilling the ever expanding and changing potential of organizations and individuals.
After over thirty-five years a piece and each in a variety of positions and types of institutions of higher learning, the two principals (who began their careers at a very young age!) formed RCG. RCG focuses on areas of expertise that the founders believe can have the greatest impact in assisting organizations and individuals in developing and achieving their full potential. Whether RCG uses long-standing practical and/or scientifically validated techniques, RCG is persistently dedicated to the successes of the organization, the individual, and the greater good.
The two principals have a combined experience in higher education of over seventy years. Their combined portfolios include long term experience at a small private institution, as well as regional, urban comprehensive, and doctoral/research universities. Further RCG personnel have significant experience in board memberships and have held leadership positions on these, including president.
The previous positions of RCG founders include president, vice president, associate provost, dean and division/department chair. These higher education positions were strategically intertwined with corporate, other not-for-profits, governmental and professional organizations and individuals. RCG services are available especially for higher education, and also for other types of organizations. In the case of leadership development (e.g. coaching), our services are available to individuals and couples.
